Etienne Bouchard is the true conductor of Spacekap. Through his actions, he sets the tone, coordinates efforts and instills a clear vision that inspires all employees. Like the captain of a field hockey team, the General Manager is both a leader and a strategist.
As the head of the company since 2017, Étienne describes himself, above all, as a unifier: “I prioritize teamwork, which is essential in my eyes. I like to mobilize everyone’s strengths to help us achieve common goals.”
His greatest strength? Determination and hard work! He leads by example, always being the first to arrive at the office… and the last to leave!
Spacekap now has 85 employees and has just opened a U.S. division, marking another step towards new heights and new responsibilities!
His objective? To continue the company’s growth and take it even further.
